Formed in 1986, The Hot Tin Cats played classic jazz standards, such as "Makin' Whoopee", "Goody Goody", and "God Bless The Child".

They played many popular Kidderminster Venues including "The King and Castle", "The Farmers Boy" and "The Riverboat"
as well as various clubs, pubs and venues around the midlands, such as "The Cat" at Enville and festivals like "Help The Aged"

The band eventually split in 1988 approximatly.
